Day by day itinerary

Day 1:
Arrive in Cusco

Arrive at Cusco airport, meet our representative, and transfer to your hotel in the city center. After check-in, the balance of the day is at leisure to acclimatize.

Overnight: Cusco

Day 2:
Sacred Valley Classic: Animal Rescue Center, Pisac, Ollantaytambo & Train to Aguas Calientes

After breakfast, begin your journey to the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Visit an Andean Camelids rescue center to see alpacas, llamas, and vicuñas. Stop at the Taray viewpoint for classic photos. Explore the impressive Pisac Inca site and its market. Enjoy a buffet lunch in Urubamba. Continue to the fortress of Ollantaytambo. Finally, board the train from Ollantaytambo station to Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu Pueblo).

Overnight: Aguas Calientes (Machupicchu pueblo)

Day 3:
Machu Picchu Guided Tour - Return to Cusco

After an early breakfast, take a bus to Machu Picchu for a comprehensive guided tour of this New Seven Wonder. Your expert guide will share the history and mysteries of the Inca citadel. After the visit, return to Aguas Calientes for lunch and free time. In the afternoon, board the train back to Ollantaytambo, where our representative will transfer you back to your Cusco hotel.

Day 4:
Cusco City Tour: Sacsayhuaman, Koricancha, Cathedral & Inca Sites

In the afternoon, enjoy a guided Cusco city tour. Start at the Plaza de Armas and visit the gorgeous Cathedral of Cusco. Walk to the Koricancha (Temple of the Sun). Then, travel just outside the city to visit four stunning Inca sites: the majestic fortress of Sacsayhuaman, the ritual complex of Qenqo, the checkpoint of Puca Pucara, and the water temple of Tambomachay. The tour concludes at the central square.

Day 5:
Departure from Cusco

After breakfast at your hotel, we will provide a drop-off service back to Cusco airport according to your flight departure time.
